January 20
Group activity: Using Edmodo and editing profile
Student will work with a partner and enter the response to 2 questions. Each partner will take a turn logging in and out and entering their responses.
Homework: Parent Edmodo sheets and student usage form.
January 27
Group Activity: Edmodo Acceptable use policy review, all students will sign and return
Each student will use their own computer to answer the 3 edmodo questions. Each student will be assigned a computer.
Each student will respond to "What makes you happy? Use only 3 words!"
Each student will print and illustrate their poster.
Students will learn how to put away computers
Group Activity: Student will use activotes and learn response systems.

Student will log-in to Edmodo and take the poll.
Student will finish their 3 word poster.

Each student will take a picture with their poster.
Each student will video their 3 word response using PhotoBooth on the MacBook.
February 10 and February 17
Student will finish all Edmodo assignments, they will be given a check list to make sure they have complete all assignment or polls.
Student will record their 3 words using IMovie.

Each student will use a MACBOOK to create the first podcast. Students can work in a team to create thier first podcast.

Students will learn how to search and download a picture from the web using http://morguefile.com/ (downloading produces a better picture)
Each student will write a phrase for each picture on their story board and site the website.
Each student will decide which picture will go with their sentence.
